• Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Regulatory
  Disclaimers, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mavka Capital regarding
  the Website and supersede all prior understandings regarding the same subject matter.

  unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
