Transaction Announcement: Andluca – SAFE Investment

June 8, 2026

Mavka Capital is serving as exclusive financial advisor to Andluca, a developer of smart-glass solutions for the residential and commercial built environment, on its Series A capital raise. Andluca has secured a strategic SAFE investment from an undisclosed strategic investor with global operations, relevant industry expertise, access to global glass manufacturing infrastructure, and established distribution networks. The investment supports Andluca’s commercial scale-up, provides momentum for its upcoming Series A financing, and advances the parties’ strategic collaboration.

A Princeton University spin-out, Andluca produces ultraviolet (UV) light-active materials that have multi-decade durability, are low-cost, heavy-metal and PFAS-free – with applications in the built environment, automotive, consumer electronics, life sciences, and adjacent markets. Andluca’s first product – the SafeFlight UV™ bird-friendly interlayer – is invisible to humans, visible to birds, and addresses growing regulatory demand for collision-safe glazing. Andluca’s Innovio™ Glass platform delivers affordable, wireless smart-window functionality — including dynamic tinting, motorized shading, environmental sensing, and active security — without external wiring or invasive installation.

By partnering with leading glass fabricators, window and door manufacturers, and homebuilders, the company is building a global distribution footprint across residential and commercial construction channels. Series A capital will further its mission to make every window an intelligent surface that improves comfort, energy efficiency, and safety across the built environment.

The anchor strategic investor brings Andluca direct access to global glass manufacturing infrastructure and established distribution networks — providing a clear path to OEM-scale production and entrenched channels into residential and commercial window markets. This partnership positions Andluca to accelerate commercial adoption with major builders, fabricators, and window manufacturers across a $365B global market for architectural glass and the built environment.
