Mavka Capital, a Silicon Valley-based corporate finance and M&A advisory firm focused on mergers and acquisitions, growth financing, and capital raising for growth-stage companies, is pleased to announce that Cristian Palmeiro has been promoted to Vice President.
Cristian joined Mavka in 2025. During his time at Mavka, Cristian has led financial analysis, due diligence, and deal structuring across the firm's M&A and growth financing mandates. As Vice President, Cristian will continue to focus on deal execution and will oversee parts of the firm's growing team. Before joining Mavka, Cristian spent more than a decade in investment banking and advisory, including roles at J.P. Morgan and PwC. Cristian earned his B.A. in International Relations from Universidad de San Andrés and his Master's in Finance from Universidad del CEMA.
