Misha Edel is a seasoned executive and deal advisor with over two decades of experience in M&A, value creation, and technology-enabled transformation. He has advised on hundreds of transactions across sectors and helped scale numerous early-stage companies at the intersection of software, analytics, and emerging technologies.
Misha has played a key role in supporting venture-backed startups through critical growth phases, including companies like Ekso Bionics, which pioneered wearable exoskeletons and successfully navigated multiple fundraising rounds. His recent advisory work spans vertical SaaS, GenAI applications, and deep tech startups in life sciences and R&D automation.
Prior to joining Mavka Capital, Misha was a Managing Director at KPMG, where he built and led a proprietary M&A and operational diligence toolset used in over 200 client transactions. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at AlixPartners and other leading consulting firms, advising private equity sponsors and corporates on acquisitions, carve-outs, and enterprise transformation.
